Booking Policy

The following info clarifies the whole procedure of a reservation for Karivaliko Apartments. Please read it carefully and in any chance of misunderstanding get in touch with us to provide any necessary details.

In order to make a reservation is required to deposit 15% of the total price to our bank account or through Western Union. Please let us know about your deposit by e-mail, sending payment reciept. With the arrival of the client must be paid the remaining amount of the reservation.

There is also a City Tax of 2 euros per night of your staying.

You have the right to use the room until 11:00 on the check-out day. For use of the room until 18:00 additional payment is 50%. After 18:00 you have to pay the total amount.

Rental of bed is prohibited.

Customers in any case should not pay amounts that exceed the above.

1. If the customer notifies the owner for a cancellation in a period more than 21 days before arrival, the deposit is fully returned.
2. If the customer notifies the company for cancellation in a period less than 21 days before the date of arrival, then you must pay 50% of the amount for the agreed period.
3. In case of cancellation during the stay, the client is obliged to pay a penalty of the company 50% of the value of the rest of the days of the agreed period.
